Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. You can fill out your paperwork in the comfort of our office or if you would like to save time you may download our paperwork online.

Once the paperwork is complete you will be escorted back to the consultation room where we will discuss your health concerns and make sure that chiropractic is the best choice for you. If it is decided that you are a good candidate for chiropractic a thorough orthopedic, neurological and postural examination will be performed. If you have done the paperwork before getting to the office please allow 30-40 minutes for your first visit.
